Where can I buy in person?The Sole Hunters has two physical stores in Andalusia, one in Malaga located at Calle Postigo de los Abades, 6, and another in Granada, at Calle Puentezuelas, 49.
How long will it take for my products to arrive?Products with The Sole Hunters' prints will be shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. If the size you have selected in your order is not in stock, shipping will take place within one to two weeks from the receipt of the order.
What happens if I order an in-stock product and a made-to-order product in the same order?If we receive an order with more than one item and some of them are not available for immediate shipping, we will contact you to offer different solutions. As a general rule, we will wait to have the complete order in our warehouse before shipping it.
Can customized products be exchanged or returned?Customized items are not eligible for return. In case of any issue, we are flexible. Contact us via Whatsapp, Instagram, or phone.
If I buy online, can I return it in store?No problem, contact us and we will carry out the process as simply as possible.
